Mental Health Advisory Team
We are pleased to present the following comprehensive services provided by the Mental Health Advisory Team, aimed at addressing diverse mental health and psychosocial needs of Ukrainian displaced individuals. Our offerings are structured across three core areas: Advice, Training, and Mediation. Each service is tailored to support individuals, organizations and communities dealing with mental health challenges, with a special focus on culturally sensitive care. We provide comprehensive support focusing on both mental health and social well-being.
Advice Services We provide expert consultation services to help organizations develop and implement effective mental health and psychosocial strategies.
Training Services Our training sessions are designed to build capacity within teams and organizations, providing practical skills and knowledge to manage complex mental health and psychosocial issues. These trainings are tailored for organizational clients such as social care providers, schools, GGD, GGZ, as well as for individuals displaced from Ukraine who are residing in the Netherlands.
Mediation Services Our mediation services are designed to resolve conflicts and foster communication in culturally diverse or complex environments.
Matching Center
Empatia supports Ukrainian psychologists in finding work in the Netherlands. We offer comprehensive assistance, training, and numerous employment opportunities so you can continue your career and provide essential support to others.
